Your corporate events, as seen by those who were there.
Seminar, year-end party, farewell drinks, inauguration: your colleagues are already taking photos. Fotelya brings their photos and videos together in a shared album, with no app to install and hosting in the European Union.

The problem isn’t a lack of photos
They exist. They’re just scattered across dozens of phones, and they’ll stay there. The next day, the person in charge of internal communications asks for images, receives four via messaging, compressed, and publishes a report illustrated by a photo of the buffet. The best moments of the evening belonged to those who lived them, and no one brought them together.
A professional photo service produces beautiful images, in a curated quantity, from a single perspective. It doesn’t replace the hundreds of moments captured by the participants themselves, especially not those from the final third of the evening, when the photographer has already left.
How it works
A QR code in the room
The album is created in minutes, in your company’s colors. The poster with the QR code prints for free from the website and can be placed on tables or at the entrance.
Participants upload
They scan, select their photos, and they’re sent. Directly from the browser, no account or installation required. The images appear live on a big screen if the room has one.
You retrieve everything
The entire collection downloads in original quality, ready for internal communications, the next seminar, or the year-end video.
The four questions you’ll get internally
Where do our employees’ photos go
This is the first question, and here’s where the answer is clearest: hosting in the European Union, non-public album, non-guessable address, and the ability for the organizer to remove any image at any time. This last feature is what sets an album apart from a messaging group: in a group, once a photo is sent, it’s gone forever, and the commitment made to the team becomes unsustainable.
Do we need to install anything
No. Everything happens in the phone’s browser. Nothing to get approved by IT, nothing to deploy, and no employee has to create an account with their work email to participate in an event.
How do I justify the budget line
A one-time payment per event, with no subscription to renew or long-term commitment. Invoicing is handled by Paddle, our official reseller, who manages applicable VAT and appears as the seller on the receipt.
Will people actually use it
This is the only objection that matters, because a tool no one uses isn’t cheap, it is simply useless. So here’s a real case instead of a promise.
A recorded number, not an average
These numbers come from a real album and were recorded in that album. The organizer left a public review afterward: “The live photo display on the screens created a wow effect.” Farewell drinks last one to two hours and bring together a team. A year-end party lasts an entire evening and gathers the whole company.
What Fotelya doesn’t do
Let’s be upfront about it:
- No professional photographer is provided. If your event needs an official portrait or press images, you’ll need one, and Fotelya complements their work instead of replacing it.
- The quality of the images is that of your guests’ phones. It’s good, it’s lively, it’s not that of a studio DSLR.
- No one is forced to participate. An album fills up if the poster is visible and if someone kicks things off at the start of the evening.
Your events
Each type of event has its own page, with its unmissable moments and specific questions.
Company party
The year-end celebration, its speeches and dance floor, which no one gathers the next day.
Seminar
Two days of workshops and meals that internal communications barely capture.
Retirement send-off
Decades of a career, and a hastily signed card as the only keepsake.
Inauguration and launch
The day the product ships, photographed from every angle by those who made it.
Trade show and conference
The booth, the encounters, and the talks, brought together before the team disperses.
Charity gala
The images that will later thank donors and tell the story of the year.
Preparing a year-end party
December event vendors are booked in spring or summer, and venues even earlier. If your date is set, the album can be created now: it waits without consuming anything, the poster is ready to print, and the task comes off your list just as it grows longer.
