4. Payment and billing
Payments and billing are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (30 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7AU, United Kingdom), acting as official reseller (Merchant of Record). As such, Paddle appears as the seller on receipts and manages the collection and remittance of VAT and applicable taxes worldwide. Prices are displayed all taxes included and automatically adjusted to the customer's country.
5. Intellectual property
The “Fotelya” trademark (French trademark application filed with INPI, no. 5275149), the logo, the visual identity, the texts, the interface, and the site elements are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation, or reuse, whether full or partial, without prior written authorization, is prohibited. The photos and videos uploaded by users remain the property of their authors and the event organizer (see Terms and Conditions).
AI-generated visuals: some illustrative visuals on the site are generated by artificial intelligence, in compliance with the transparency obligation under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (Article 50).
