Payments and billing are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), acting as official reseller (Merchant of Record). As such, Paddle appears as the seller on receipts and manages the collection and remittance of applicable VAT and taxes worldwide. Prices are displayed including all taxes and automatically adjusted to the customer's country.

The « Fotelya » brand (French trademark registered with the INPI, application no. 5275149), the logo, graphic charter, texts, interface and website elements are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited. The photos and videos uploaded by users remain the property of their authors and the event organizer (see the Terms of Service).

AI-generated visuals : some illustrative visuals displayed on the site are generated by artificial intelligence, in accordance with the transparency obligation set out in EU Regulation 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence (Article 50).
