The paper guestbook has real charm and one structural flaw: it exists in one place, at one moment. People pass by in a hurry, a queue forms, and the best words never get written.
Digitally, the guestbook sits in every guest's pocket all evening. They write between courses, after the speech, or the next morning with a clear head. The message arrives when the emotion is real.
And it travels: a loved one who could not make it can leave their message on the day itself, from anywhere. Paper cannot do that.
How it works with Fotelya
It is the same QR code as the photos: guests scan, share their pictures, and leave their message in the same flow. No app, no account, no password.
Written messages and photo challenges are included for everyone, starting with the free album. You read everything from your organiser space, and you keep control: the guestbook can be adjusted or switched off at any time.
Everything stays private: the album and its guestbook are visible only to people with the link, with an optional PIN code.
The voice guestbook: hearing beats rereading
This is the part that gets people: with the Premium plan (€89, paid once), guests can record a 60-second voice message straight from their phone.
A voice that cracks a little, a laugh in the middle of a sentence, a grandfather's accent: things no handwriting can carry. Years later, replaying those messages has no equivalent.
Sixty seconds is short on purpose: long enough for a real word from the heart, short enough that everyone dares to press record.
Keep it, export it, relive it
The guestbook leaves with your album: the full download includes written messages and audio files in one go.
You are free to do anything with them: reread them, lay the texts out in a printed book, or weave the voice messages into your wedding film.
On duration: the free album lives 30 days, Event keeps everything six months, Premium a full year. At the end, everything is permanently deleted, as promised.
