Live photo wall for your wedding: every guest photo, on screen, as it happens
Published July 18, 2026 · The Fotelya team
A screen in the room, a QR code on the tables, and the wall does the rest: each photo your guests take shows up on the big screen during the party. It is the animation with the best effect-to-effort ratio of the whole wedding.
The idea, in three steps
You create your Fotelya album and print the QR code where people sit and gather: tables, bar, guest book corner.
Guests scan and share photos and videos from their browser, no app and no account. Everything lands in one shared album as the evening unfolds.
On the venue screen or projector, you open the photo wall: images appear live, in an elegant layout, and every new photo joins the flow automatically. Videos play right in the stream.
What it changes in the room
The wall becomes a gravity point. People spot themselves, laugh, play along, and take more photos precisely because the wall exists. The animation feeds itself.
It shows the wedding from every angle at once: the cousins' table, the photobomb at the bar, the kids under the table. Scenes neither you nor your photographer can catch simultaneously.
And unlike an animation that ends when the music stops, the wall works for the day after: everything it displayed is already stored in your album, ready to download in original quality.
The practical side is genuinely simple
You need a screen or projector (venues almost always have one) and a laptop or box connected to the internet. The wall runs in a browser, full screen.
You stay in control from your organiser space: choose the display mood, adjust settings mid-party without interrupting the projection, and remove any image at any moment. Inappropriate content is filtered automatically.
Guests upload through their own mobile connection, so a mediocre venue wifi is not a problem: only the device driving the screen needs a decent link.
Plans, honestly
The live wall is part of the Event plan (€49, paid once for your wedding). It also unlocks guest videos, watermark-free photos, the full ZIP and six months of access.
Premium (€89, paid once) adds the richest wall animations, projection on several screens at once, the 60-second voice guest book and white label for receptions that want their own name on everything.
Field advice: start the wall at cocktail hour. Guests learn the game early, and dinner then the dance floor keep the screen alive all night.
