Before you leave, send the guest link or QR code to the group. Everyone can open the gallery in a browser and add photos throughout the upload period.
Can we add videos from the weekend?
The Event plan lets participants upload videos as well as photos. Check that the upload period covers the times when the group wants to contribute. Guests choose which videos to share.
Does the group need to install an app?
No. The link or QR code opens the gallery in a browser, where participants can select and upload the pictures they want to share with the group. The gallery works on their phones.
How can we restrict access to the group?
You can add an optional access code. Share both the link and the code only with members of the group.
How do we prepare before leaving?
Create the album before your trip and send its link to the group. Participants can add their pictures during the upload period.
